Is hiring a virtual bankruptcy assistant considered to be "sharing fees?"
Absolutely not! You pay the invoice from Bankruptcy Pro Processor the same way you pay a subcontractor, temporary or other off site employee on a "per job" basis. We are not paid by the debtor(s). Our fee is only for services, much the same as when you pay your law office staff are all providing a service to the law firm. The only difference is that Bankruptcy Pro Processor pays all their own overhead, including income taxes, office equipment, office supplies, software, etc. Your cost is one flat rate per petition, unless you approve and request additional paralegal time for special cases. |
